Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in the financial and trading industry. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Your strong interpersonal skills, financial industry knowledge, and strategic mindset will be essential in driving business growth and achieving organizational objectives.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients. This involves regular communication, meetings, and ensuring that clients feel valued and heard.
Have a deep understanding of our client’s needs, goals, and objectives. You should be able to identify opportunities to help clients achieve their goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Responsible for managing a key client account and ensuring that it is well-maintained. This involves overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, as well as addressing any issues that arise.
Cross-sell and upsell: You should identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products or services to existing clients. This can involve identifying new needs or opportunities and presenting relevant solutions.
Work closely with the internal team including sales and marketing, multimedia and web development to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years experience in Account Management or related to the field.
Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent active listening skills.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Must know basic graphic design and web development skills or terminology to understand the clients’ needs and relay proper information to the internal team.
Knowledge in Unbounce and ClickFunnels.
Knowledge in project management tools ()
Capable of actively participating and engaging in the workforce.
Has daily accessibility through communication platforms such as Slack.
Knowledge in the Financial & Trading Industry is a plus.
Knowledge in setting up email campaigns using Iterable and Mailerlite is a plus
WORKING HOURS
5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Manila (GMT+8) ( 1 hr break) | 40h/week, Monday – Friday
