Development control, voice assistant implementation and maintenance.
Interaction with customers and partners on integration and implementation issues.
Team resources management and planning, quality control and meeting the deadlines.
Interaction with other departments to ensure the workflow.
Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products.
Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products.
Providing product education and advice.
Requirements
Fluency English
Native Filipino (Tagalog) language
Experience in working with text content (in English and/or Filipino) is recommended
Computer literacy, acquaintance with the latest technologies, high typing speed, MS Office (Excel in particular)
Ability to analyze a large amount of data
RegEx and JSON syntax understanding or willingness to learn is recommended
Perseverance, accuracy, attention to detail, ability to work both independently and as a team player, multitasking.
Nice to have
Knowledge of some foreign languages
Work experience in IT/Telecom companies
There is a small entry test task upon successful completion of which there is an interview
