Job Description

About this Position
Kathryn Binkley Coaching is committed to helping online business owners step into their CEO role and scale from 6 to 7-figures while working less through transformational leadership, sustainable growth strategies, high-performance teams, and scalable operations.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team as a part-time contractor. This role is responsible for keeping their finger on the pulse of the company and quickly identifying, prioritizing and remedying any bottlenecks. They proactively manage the day to day of the business, overseeing team utilization, driving results, and protecting the schedule of the CEO. They learn fast, see common themes/patterns, and are able to separate symptoms from root causes. They understand all of the parts and pieces in the business and they keep the machine running. They hold the team accountable to quality standards, while continually optimizing for results and efficiency.

They think in systems, processes and numbers and create order out of chaos. They are the “glue” that holds everything and everyone together. They are hands-on in the business, stepping in wherever needed without hesitation.

Our core values:

Courageous Action
Radical Responsibility
Relentless Growth
Collective Impact

You’re Perfect for This Role If You…
Can translate big picture ideas into a strategic, detailed, and actionable plan… always choosing the simplest and most direct path.
Can see and prevent potential roadblocks before they become a problem.
Thrive when there’s structure, systems and processes in place – and create them where lacking.
Are extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Understand how one change has a ripple effect through the business and proactively addresses anything that may be impacted.
Don’t make unnecessary mistakes, and if they happen, because we are human, you take responsibility for them.
Believe in slowing down to speed up, and take the time to think and plan before jumping into action.
Do what you say you’re going to do. You think before you commit, and follow through. And you hold others on the team accountable to that same standard.
Focus on driving results, not checking off tasks. You don’t wait for tasks or direction. You take initiative and seek out opportunities to improve the business, even after goals are met.
Are incredibly resourceful and a great problem solver. You solve problems this time AND put a system in place to solve it for the future.
Care about the people you work with and our clients, prioritizing people over profit, always.
Value freedom through structure.
Are calm under pressure and avoid drama.
Prefer honest and direct communication over people-pleasing. Are comfortable speaking up and disagreeing or challenging respectfully, but you can also get on board fully if we decide to go in a different direction than you recommended.
Are loyal, reliable, and committed. You don’t treat this like a side hustle, it’s your MAIN focus.
Have an insatiable appetite for learning. You are open-minded and willing to be challenged and coached. You enjoy receiving and applying feedback to improve.
Believe the world is better when leaders and teams have diverse backgrounds, cultures, perspectives, characteristics and experiences. You value doing meaningful work with others who are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Are an “intrapreneur” – entrepreneurial-minded, but love running the internal day-to-day operations of the business instead of growing your own.
