Project Manager

Hi this is Alex, Co-Founder of a small ecommerce based in Italy atm. We are looking for a motivated and experienced “Project Manager or Leader” someone with Shopify and Amazon experience.
The business is pretty small we are doing around 10k € a month only in Italy through Shopify. The team is my sister and I and since we both have another business to run we cannot focus all our energy on this to scale.

The perfect candidate is someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, who has already run an e-commerce store and wants to get involved again.
We have joined a mentorship from one of the e-commerce leaders, the creator of The Oodie doing 600M a year. This mentorship includes over 40 hours of classes between Facebook ads and Google ads, SMS and email marketing, store optimisation and Amazon.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the time to watch all these videos and the candidate in question will have to watch the videos and apply all the teachings to the letter to speed up our growth process. There will be continued communication between the candidate and me to make sure the outcomes are met.

From time to time there will be more administrative tasks, such as keeping accounting reports and finance documents up to date, helping me and my sister with assistant jobs like keeping the calendar up to date, social media management, writing emails, attending call for us, organize customer using Slack and much more. The role is very dynamic and interesting as you can understand.

This is the perfect opportunity for a candidate that is not afraid of learning new skiils and improving the existing one. For someone reliable who can work unsupervised and complete tasks accordingly. Someone who does not mind being a virtual assistant who wants to grow with the company and stay long term.

Some of the skills required are:
Shopify and many apps, Amazon FBA or FBM, Google Sheets, Microsoft Outlook, Customer Support, Slack,
Experience with Canva and Adobe Suits, Meta Ads and Google Ads are a plus.
English is essential.
