Position Overview:
Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record of success in the ecommerce and retail sector? Do you have a passion for driving projects to completion, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? If so, we want you to be a part of our team.
Responsibilities:
-Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver complex ecommerce and retail projects on time and within budget.
-Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, goals, and timelines, to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives.
-Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
-Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and proactively devise strategies to mitigate them.
-Quality Assurance: Oversee project quality, conducting regular assessments to ensure high standards are maintained.
-Performance Analysis: Use data and metrics to track project performance, and continuously improve processes and outcomes.
-Budget Management: Ensure projects are financially efficient, and manage budgets effectively.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
-Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in ecommerce and retail.
-Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
-Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Proficiency in project management software and tools.
-Must work USA Hours
-Must have experience in dealing with USA Clients
-Must know Agile , Scrum, Lucid Chart or similar software
