Seeking a dynamic and proactive Team Leader. This role will be responsible for driving our recruiting efforts and managing lead generation to support the team’s growth. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
Follow-Up with Leads:
Must be detailed oriented and organized and able to follow up with many leads, keep track of recruiting efforts and progress
Collaborate with the lead generation team to ensure seamless handoff of generated leads.
Engage with leads via phone calls and emails to qualify their interest and gather relevant information.
Research and consistently improve recruiting efforts by creating new call scripts and follow up methods.
Monitor and manage the lead generation team to ensure they meet goals and objectives.
Provide support, coaching, and guidance to the lead generation team to improve performance and achieve targets.
Adaptability to Diverse Technological Environments:
The ideal candidate should possess a keen ability to quickly grasp and proficiently navigate various technologies, applications, and platforms. They should be resourceful in their approach, continuously seeking out innovative tools and systems that could enhance our operations and workflows.
Conduct follow-up calls and emails to potential candidates to gauge interest and suitability for open positions.
Maintain an active and engaging rapport with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Social Media Management:
Utilize Canva or similar design programs to create eye-catching and professional social media posts.
Regularly update and manage our company’s social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for recruiting purposes.
Lead Generation and Client Engagement:
Collaborate with lead generation personnel to achieve recruitment and sales goals.
Monitor lead generation processes to ensure the quality of leads and the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
Performance Management:
Administrative Support:
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, file management, and scheduling.
Requirements:
Proven record of following up with leads, managing others and researching for the purpose of improving call scripts/recruiting
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong phone etiquette.
Proficiency in using design tools like Canva to create visually appealing social media posts.
Proficient in technology/ Able to understand and figure out programs and systems
Familiarity with various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and individually with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Proficient computer skills, including spreadsheets
