We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the entire marketing project lifecycle. Role Overview:
As a Project Manager at TopLobster, you will be responsible for managing marketing projects from strategy to execution. You will work closely with our graphic design department and other cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully. While you won’t be directly involved in the hands-on work, you must have a deep understanding of design, web development, sales funnels, and branding to effectively drive projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire marketing project lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, web developers, and sales teams.
• Understand and communicate logo proposals, branding guidelines, and design concepts.
• Ensure projects adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Utilize project management and CRM tools such as GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and Slack to streamline project workflows.
• Implement Scrum methodologies to improve project efficiency and delivery timelines.
• Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to maximize team performance.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or creative agency setting.
• Strong understanding of branding, logo design, and marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in implementing Scrum/Agile methodologies is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
