Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Willing to work 40hrs/week, on-call basis
Hourly Rate: $12-$18/ hr (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and create projects using tools like ClickUp and GHL.
-Communicate effectively using platforms such as Slack.
-Delegate tasks and effectively manage teams of 5-12 members, remote teams.
-Front-facing role involving client conversations and relationship management.
-Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable tasks.
-Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal and external use.
-Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize processes and procedures for performance and scalability.
-Expertise in working with digital marketing firms or consulting firms is a plus.
-Preferably experienced with WordPress, ClickFunnels, Canva, and graphic design.
-Build and present quality slide decks.
-Proficient in creating and managing spreadsheets in Excel or Google Sheets.
-Avatars we focus on Blue-collar, lawyers, financial, real estate agents

Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Project Management
-Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
-Previous experience in project management, particularly with ClickUp and GHL.
-Proven ability to delegate tasks and manage teams effectively.
-Experience with outsourcing and managing remote teams.
-Ability to work 40 hours per week and on-call as needed.
-Proficient in creating and managing spreadsheets in Excel or Google Sheets.
-Excellent presentation skills with the ability to build quality slide decks.
-Coachable and possess leadership qualities.
-Experience in digital marketing or consulting is a plus.
-Familiarity with the needs of blue-collar workers, lawyers, financial professionals, and real estate agents is advantageous.
