Job Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the general functioning of the business and managing a team of two virtual assistants. This role involves ensuring high-quality service delivery, coordinating team activities, and maintaining client satisfaction. The Project Manager will report directly to ownership and will collaborate closely to select and manage the virtual assistants who will be applying for jobs on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the virtual assistants, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, setting clear expectations and ensuring they understand the services provided.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, questions, and feedback promptly.
Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the quality of work produced by the virtual assistants, including resumes, cover letters, and other deliverables.
Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on key performance metrics, such as client satisfaction, interview request rates, and service delivery timelines.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Problem Solving: Address any issues related to client needs or internal team dynamics.
Recruitment and Selection: Collaborate with ownership to interview and select virtual assistants who will be responsible for applying for jobs for clients.
Meetings with Ownership: Regularly meet with ownership to discuss team performance, client feedback, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a project management role, preferably in a remote or virtual setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in project management tools and software
Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
