Project Manager

Job Summary:
Haven Vacation Rentals is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various project management tasks, including but not limited to coordinating vendors, organizing photos, scheduling appointments, and assisting with billing. The candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
– Organize photos and documents using various software applications
– Coordinate with vendors for small projects and preventative maintenance projects
– Schedule appointments with established vendors
– Create automated door codes for properties
– Send timely reminders to vendors and submit pictures of daily progress
– Prepare invoices, collect W9’s, and prepare documents to submit to accounting to bill property owners and pay vendors
– Purchase materials online and schedule in-store pickup orders
– Follow a template to respond to property owners’ introductions via onboarding emails
– Coordination with maintenance vendors to accomplish maintenance punch lists
– Update tasks and project status using Breezeway operating system
– Use ClickUp to organize and keep a history of all projects using a project management template
– Research current costs of materials and availability
– Add to current approved vendor base with new potential vendors

Requirements:
– Experience in project management
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Proficient in various software applications
– Self-motivated and able to work independently
– Detail-oriented and able to multitask
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
– High-speed Internet access and reliable computer
– No Airbnb or property management experience is necessary, but you must be fluent in written and spoken English. This will be one of the most important requirements for this position. (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF NOT FLUENT IN WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH)

You can expect to be working EST hours and we need you to be flexible on your availability. The shift we are currently looking to fill is from 8 am EST to 5 pm EST Monday-Friday.

Starting salary will be $700/month and will increase based on performance.
