Job Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project goals are met within the defined scope, budget, and timeline. Your responsibilities will include leading project planning meetings, tracking project progress, creating project documentation, and communicating project updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans, including goals, timelines, and budgets
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Track project progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in project management or related field
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
