*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage a variety of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients and our internal team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.

*Key Responsibilities:*
– Oversee all aspects of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
– Maintain continuous communication with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries throughout the project lifecycle.
– Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and timeline adjustments to meet project objectives.
– Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with standards and client expectations.
– Prepare detailed project estimates and manage billing processes.
– Handle client interactions and communications effectively, ensuring all client needs are met.
– Ensure the team has the necessary resources, data, and information to execute projects efficiently.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during project execution.

*Qualifications:*
– Proven experience in project management, preferably in the signage or printing industries.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality results.
– Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
– Proficient in project management software.
– Availability during US hours from 9am to 6pm PT.
