Project Manager

Taco is an AI-Assisted Organic Search agency dedicated to helping brands drive more
revenue. We are currently seeking a talented SEO Specialist to join our team. This role
involves doing keyword research, finding technical errors and resolutions, managing
link building efforts, executing changes to existing campaigns, conducting regular
audits, and helping draft monthly performance reports.
This position is a remote, contract opportunity requiring 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor SEO projects from inception to completion.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

Develop detailed project plans and schedules.

Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.

Communicate project status, progress, and any issues to stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Manage project budgets and ensure financial efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO specialists, content writers, and developers.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to clients and team members.

Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital marketing or SEO agency.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience using Asana.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
