Project Manager

We are hiring a project manager for a company that is helping Saas businesses do everything marketing wise. They started out with simple ads but soon realized they need a lot more to stay competitive.
So now they help with the following things;
– CRM install
– Ads
– Landing pages
– Creatives
– Outreach campaigns
– VA outreach
– Webinar

Because of this new strategy they are growing quickly. There is already a team in place worldwide, with over 10 people, that help out with the service delivery. We need someone to help them keep an overview of the clients and current projects that are running, and provide proactive fixed when things go wrong.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Keep in check with every ongoing project, spot where things might go wrong, help out with fixing that and make sure things get delivered on time
– Take full ownership of the project and support the other team members where needed
– Work directly with the CEO and tell him where and when you need his input
– Keep track of every projects’ progress and keep an active prediction on the finish date
– Provide feedback and insight to the wider team to ensure that learnings are collectively gained.
– Be aware of performance by tracking key service KPIs and identify areas of enhancement across the member experience team.
– Help with the onboarding of new clients

REQUIREMENTS
– Professional presentation; ability to communicate effectively clients and the internal team
– Affinity with CRM, project management and communication tools
– Exceptional attention to detail
– Creative problem solving
– Ability to absorb extensive information and see the bigger picture
– Be timely, organized and communicate effectively

Working hours: Full time
Time zone: EST – 9 to 5
Salary 800 to 1200 USD per month
