Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing marketing projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met on time and within budget. Your role will involve planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and communication.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
-Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines and milestones, using appropriate tools and techniques.
-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
-Ensure resource availability and allocation, adjusting project schedules and resources as needed.
-Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to track progress, costs, and milestones.
-Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
-Report and escalate to management as needed, maintaining open communication with all stakeholders.
-Perform risk management to minimize project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
-Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
-Ensure the successful closing of projects, including client satisfaction and financial outcomes.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– Proven working experience (3-5 years) as a Project Manager in the marketing industry.
– Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels and strategies.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
