Hours: 35-45 hours per week
Location(onsite/offsite): Fully Remote

Vision For This Role: THA’s mission is to transform lives around the world through bridging the worlds of functional medicine and trauma work, providing educational and experiential programs for those around looking for answers for their own healing journey and for professionals looking for more tools to be more effective in their work. The Project Manager will play a critical role in the empowering of individuals and professionals around the world by directing the preparation, organization and delivery of the courses provided through THA. Our promise to our course members is to safely guide them through their healing process. The long-term vision is to continue to build the course materials and offerings, continue improvement of the quality of teaching materials and experience and require less direct involvement of Dr. Aimie Apigian.

Job Summary: The Project Manager works remotely to support team members and maintain the Projects and daily operations of the company. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading teams, managing projects and timeline, and ensuring results meet requirements.

Tasks and Responsibilities: The critical role makes an impact by performing the following critical tasks:
– Establish and maintain project plans and timelines, including developing and tracking project milestones and deliverables
– Manage project resources, including personnel, systems, and documents available
– Lead and coordinate teams and personnel to ensure the successful completion of projects
– Monitor and report on project progress, anticipating and resolving issues as they arise
– Ensure projects are delivered on time and within standard
– Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to improve project and personnel performance
– Create and maintain project documentation
– Create and update SOPs as needed for your tasks
– Respond quickly to emails and Google chat messages
– Assist with any other tasks requested
– Track project progress on Asana

Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field
– 3+ years of experience in project management
– Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
– Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Proficiency with Asana
– Excellent English writing and speaking skills
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
