E2W Inc. seeks a highly skilled and experienced marketing project manager to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on managing digital projects and encompasses client-facing responsibilities and success management. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of project management methodologies and experience with GoHighLevel CRM, making them a valuable asset to our client-oriented operations.
ReSPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate verification techniques.
Client Success Management: Act as a Client Success Manager, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering relationships to enhance business growth.
Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
Progress Reporting: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate issues as needed.
Quality Assurance: Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Stakeholder Communication: Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Project Oversight: Manage various digital projects, including websites, apps, and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
CORE DUTIES
Project Goals and Task Management: Capture project goals and translate them into specific action items or tasks, assigning them to appropriate subject matter experts to ensure efficient progress.
Project Monitoring: Regularly update the project monitoring platform, explicitly using Hubstaff Tasks Project Boards, Asana, and ClickUp to keep track of all project activities and milestones.
Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely updates on project status.
Quality Assurance: Perform high-level quality checks on project deliverables and provide constructive feedback to project team members to maintain high-quality standards.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers and staff. Gain acceptance of proposals and changes through skilled negotiation and persuasive communication.
Project Handover: Ensure a smooth and effective project handover from clients to staff, facilitating a seamless transition and continuous progress.
Project Planning: Take full responsibility for preparing comprehensive project plans, outlining all critical milestones and deliverables.
Team Coordination: Identify roles and responsibilities within the project team, ensuring clear allocation and understanding of tasks.
Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively within the project team to meet project demands and timelines.
Client Advisory: Guide, support, and advise customers on the benefits and implications of proposed solutions, enhancing client satisfaction and project feasibility.
Budget and Schedule Management: Agree on budgets, schedules, and deliverables internally and with external stakeholders. Monitor and control project performance against these criteria to ensure financial and temporal efficiency.
Critical Path and Quality Control: Monitor and control the project’s critical path, ensuring that quality processes are followed and project milestones are met.
Internal and External Communication: Ensure effective communication within the project team, across Sales and Marketing departments, and with clients to foster collaboration and alignment on project objectives.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: At least five years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing or related field.
Education: a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Certifications: PMP, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Understanding IT basics; proficiency with project management software and technical writing
Communication: strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Leadership: a proven ability to lead teams and manage projects under pressure.
