**Position Overview:**
Scale Masters Coaching provides business automation and client growth solutions to small businesses and is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will be adept at independently leading initiatives, managing projects, and proficient in using and Go High Level (GHL). This role requires a candidate with strong leadership capabilities and an exceptional attention to detail. As a contractor, you will not receive the traditional benefits package, but will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Team Management and Leadership:**
– Guide the Scale Masters Team, ensuring alignment with our mission of enhancing business automation and client expansion.
– Delegate tasks strategically, setting precise expectations for deliverables.

– **Project Planning and Execution:**
– Develop comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, timelines, and required resources.
– Monitor project progress diligently, addressing issues promptly to ensure seamless execution.
– Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders for cohesive project delivery.
– **Deadline and Quality Assurance:**
– Ensure all projects meet designated timelines, scope, and our standards of excellence.
– Proactively implement adjustments to achieve project goals.
– **Reporting and Communication:**
– Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management.
– Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders, emphasizing project objectives and our broader mission.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.
– Ability to work independently and take initiative.
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
– Acute attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Required experience with and Go High Level (GHL).
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
