Job Title: Project Manager

We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome Project Manager to support one of our Rockstar clients!

Remote | Part-time job opportunity
Work hours: 15 hours a week between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Timezone: Pacific Standard Time (PST)

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
? Allocate time and resources per project, ensuring effective utilization of available assets.
? Manage project budgets to ensure cost-effective execution and adherence to financial constraints.
? Oversee project timelines, guaranteeing that all projects are completed within specified timeframes.
? Establish communication channels and workflows among cross-functional team members.
? Create, implement, and optimize internal project management systems and processes
? Delegate tasks and provide necessary resources for task completion.
? Lead a multi-person team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring timely task execution and meeting expectations.
? Collaborate with team members to design and implement new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent outcomes and scalable operations.
? Create comprehensive documentation for internal and external processes and improvements.
? Generate reports to evaluate system effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
? Stay updated on industry trends, conducting competitor analysis, and providing relevant recommendations.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
? Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing setting.
? B2B experience, demonstrating the ability to manage client relationships and understand business-to-business dynamics.
? Background in the digital marketing industry with a strong understanding of its key concepts and strategies.
? The required ZoHo proficiency, with the ability to utilize its features for project management and collaboration.
? Experience with HubSpot, which is a significant advantage and will contribute to your success in the role.
? Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
? Leadership capabilities to manage and motivate a multi-person team.
? Problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.
? Strategic thinking skills to align projects with overarching business objectives.
