Project Manager

Our global team at HITLIGHTS is actively looking for an experienced Project Manager to be responsible
for the effective and successful management of future projects of the organization and some key project
implementations.

An electrical and Electronics Engineer who understands and speaks the Chinese language is preferable
for this role. The right candidate will have a very high sense of follow through and will be very detail
oriented with a history of past project management roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – What duties are you responsible for?
-Manage end-to-end projects across various teams involves within the organization and contribute
towards the overall vision of the organization.
-Ensures that all projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
-Provide Strong Program Management Skills, and track when key deliverables and action items
have to be scheduled. Forward Planning and direction to the Team is a key focus.
-Keep the Team Focused on the Project and lead them in reaching its goals.
-Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise within the
project.
-Identify risks and issues, and suggest alternatives that lead to the best solution
-Consistently deliver on results, progress and communication to the team on status of projects.
-Perform in the best interest of the project.

Qualifications – What makes up the ideal candidate?
-Bachelor’s degree required, or higher, preferably an Electrical and Electronics Engineer.
-Someone who understands and speaks the Chinese language. (We have a division in China and
this role will interact with them often. Having an understanding of the chinese language is very
important.
-An understanding of project management best practices and practical application of these
principles.
-Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
-Excellent communication (written & verbal) at all levels of the organization and presentation
skills.
-Solid business analysis, solution skills, strong interpersonal skills, and strong skills in time
management.
-Must be comfortable in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous work situations.
-Must value the importance of collaboration and open, honest communication.
-Flexible, positive attitude. Proactive nature with the ability to lead the team through change
management.
-Consistent, Dependable, Thorough, Detailed, Fun, Curious,Easy to work with are keys to this role.

-Ability to travel as needed.
