Project Manager

This is a great opportunity to grow with the company.

The $10/h is to start with and it will go much higher if all goes well with you.

We run a small marketing company, but we are also just about to start selling a couple of memberships (One for coaches and one for musicians to help them succeed). It will be a course for those members and weekly calls where we will help them implement our system. (That help will not be your duty, someone else will do this).

About your role:
YOU NEED to have both knowledge and experience in the Project Management field.

Your role will be to listen to my instructions (not more detailed – this will be your role to define the details/stages, etc, but what outcome I need, and communicate with our team what needs to be done.)
You will need to set up tasks for them (we use ClickUp for this at this moment), and once the team does them, you will have to approve them (or not).

We also communicate with the team in Slack.

I have a team of graphic and website designers, social media ad buyers, content writers, people for workflows/automation, and so on—nearly every role.

But I need someone who has most of those skills. It may not be all of them 100%, but you need a level of knowledge to judge if the outcome of the team’s tasks is good or not and needs to be corrected before it sees my eyes.

Once you get my instruction on what outcome I need – you will need:
– to know how to divide this project into tasks
– know what you need to ask the team to do
– but mainly know what outcome is good and what is not.
So if the team delivers a task purely, then you DON’T pass it to me blandly, but you need to have enough knowledge and feelings to judge whether this is good or not.

If it is not good, you can not send it to me, but send it back to the team and point out what is wrong and what needs to be corrected before sending it to me.

You need to have experience in working with a team under you,
and you need to have very good English speaking and writing skills.

You will not be responsible for only one project but several simultaneously.

This requires very specific knowledge and experience (Project management), so please DO NOT apply if your role was only a virtual assistant until now.
