Job Description:

– Workflow & KPIs: Develop efficient workflows and meaningful KPIs to drive the company’s progress.
– Project Management: Utilize your project management skills to plan and execute initiatives with precision.
– Automation: Implement automation processes to enhance productivity and reduce manual tasks.
– Team Management: Lead a team of 50+ professionals, fostering their growth and development.
– HR/Operational Expertise: Leverage your background in HR and operations to improve our organizational structure and processes.
– ENTP (P): As an ENTP personality type, your creativity and strategic thinking will be valuable assets to our company.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in corporate leadership functions.
– Proficiency in designing workflows and tracking KPIs.
– Exceptional project management skills.
– Demonstrated expertise in automation processes.
– Successful leadership of teams with 50+ members.
– Previous experience in HR or operational roles.
– ENTP (P) personality traits are a plus.
Pay is $5 to $15 an hour. Depending on your experience
