About the Job:
The Project Manager at Revnue is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the changes required for the successful implementation and delivery of our solutions. This role involves coordinating with internal and external teams and customers, managing the lifecycle of all change control processes across Engineering, DevOps, Customer Success, Sales and Operations teams, as well as communication of these changes to all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and a keen ability to manage risks and deliver projects on time.

Experience with Jira Service Management and ITSM Change Control processes is highly desirable. Candidate must have experience working with internal and external teams and customers.

Responsibilities:
-Manage the change control process, including assessing the impact of proposed changes, obtaining approval, and ensuring smooth implementation of changes.
-Oversee the planning and execution of software releases, ensuring all changes are thoroughly tested and documented.
-Maintain a calendar of activities and releases, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed prior to making changes.
-Plan a schedule for implementation, define goals, and track progress towards those goals.
-Coordinate with both internal and external teams to drive timely and quality implementation of Revnue.
-Work with internal teams to create detailed Statements of Work for new clients or the expansion of existing products. Document a complete project scope and client deliverables to meet implementation expectations.
-Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, regularly communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure implementation is on time and aligned with the plans.
-Manage relationships with the client and stakeholders.
-Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
-Partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver projects with a strong understanding of desired outcomes, project success metrics, and implementation best practices to ensure a successful launch.
-Partner with Product Management and other teams to measure the business value of project deliverables and recommend product features and/or enhancements.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Must Have Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
-Proven and demonstrable experience in implementing IT business systems such as ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, and Asset Management systems.
-Experience and demonstrated ability to define requirements, develop project plans, manage project budgets and deadlines, and report on post-project success and gap analysis.
-Strong problem solving and analytical/technical skills.
-Experience with Jira Service Management and/or ITSM Change Control processes.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, set priorities and deliver results.
-Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Exemplary communication skills (persuasive written, compelling oral)
-Flexible and resourceful.
-Strong self-starter mentality is required.
-Ability to write documentation and FAQs highly desirable.
-Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
