Job Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing client success and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. You’ll be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Manage client projects from initiation to success delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and requirements.
Coordinate project kick-off meetings, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the project objectives.
Communicate project updates, progress, and potential risks to clients and internal team members.
Monitor project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments.
Ensure all projects have detailed briefs, including clear project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Conduct regular project status meetings and follow-ups to track progress and address any issues or concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Stay up to date with Amazon’s platform updates, marketing trends, and industry best practices.
Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies within the organisation.
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in an Amazon or e-commerce environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
Proven leadership and managerial skills, with experience leading and developing teams.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Strong knowledge of Amazon’s platform, policies, and procedures.
Detail-oriented with a focus of delivering high-quality work.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
