Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate and talented Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Side Hustle Project Management, Online Marketing and YouTube automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our side hustle programs, identifying new side hustle opportunities, recruiting and training participants, and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:
– Research and identify new side hustle opportunities and programs that align with our company’s values and goals.
– Recruit and train individuals to participate in our side hustle programs and initiatives.
– Develop and implement training programs and resources to help participants succeed in their side hustles.
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to side hustles, and share insights and recommendations with the team
– Develop and execute online marketing strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, and revenue.
– Optimize videos for SEO and ensure they are aligned with brand guidelines.
– Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies related to online marketing and YouTube automation.

Qualifications:
– At least 2-3 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field is a plus
– At least 2 years of experience in online marketing and YouTube automation
– Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
– Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple side hustle projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Proven ability to develop and implement successful programs and initiatives.
– Familiarity with side hustles and the gig economy, and a passion for helping individuals generate extra income.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
– Familiarity with automation tools such is a plus.
