Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Six Sigma professional to join our team as a Business Process and Special Projects Manager. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing our business processes, managing special projects, and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and quality across all operations. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for auditing processes, documenting standard operating procedures, and developing comprehensive onboarding and training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Process Review and Establishment:
– Analyze, review, and establish business processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
– Implement Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
– Continuously monitor and improve processes to achieve operational excellence.
2. Special Projects Management:
– Lead and manage one-time special projects as assigned by senior management.
– Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
– Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
3. Process Auditing:
– Conduct regular audits to ensure processes are being followed as designed.
– Identify areas of non-compliance and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
– Report audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
4. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Documentation:
– Collaborate with department heads and team members to document all standard operating procedures.
– Ensure SOPs are clear, concise, and accessible to all employees.
– Regularly update SOPs to reflect any process changes or improvements.
5. Business Workflow Documentation:
– Diagram and document all business workflows.
– Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date repository of workflow documentation.
– Work with teams to ensure workflows are followed and understood.
6. Metrics Reporting:
– Develop and maintain daily and weekly metrics reporting systems.
– Analyze metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
– Present metrics reports to senior management and recommend actions based on findings.
7. Onboarding and Training:
– Collaborate with department heads to create comprehensive onboarding and training curriculums for each position.
– Ensure new hires are effectively onboarded and trained to perform their roles.
– Continuously improve onboarding and training programs based on feedback and best practices.
Qualifications:
– Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or higher) is required.
– Proven experience in business process improvement and project management.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
– Experience in metrics reporting and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
– Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
– Previous experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Type:
Full-time- this is a full-time position that needs to be engaged during the entire shift. You will not have the ability to use this as a 2nd job.
Shift:
Monday- Friday CST 7am to 5pm 10 Hours Per Day- 1 Hour Break*
*Please note this is 9pm to 7am Philippines time half the year and half the year it would be 8pm to 6am.
Salary:
40,000 PHP to 75,000 PHP. Salary is done 2x a month on the 21st and the 6th day of the month.
You will have paid time off for the holidays we are closed in the U.S.
