We use cutting-edge AI tools like ChatGPT-4 and graphic design software like Canva and Midjourney to develop and publish our products.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support us in expanding our product range, executing marketing strategies, and monitoring key performance indicators. You will work closely with the founder and utilize various online platforms like Amazon KDP, Canva, and social media channels to meet aggressive weekly targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:

Set up Amazon KDP accounts and publish eBooks utilizing ChatGPT-4.
Use Canva and Midjourney Ai to design print-on-demand products.
Develop voice-over scripts using ChatGPT-4 and coordinate with voice-over services.

Affiliate Marketing:

Research and initiate partnerships with affiliate programs related to AI tools, online side hustles, and STEAM (educational) resources.

Social Media Management:

Create and schedule posts across various social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
Engage with the audience and track performance metrics.
Sales and Monitoring:

Monitor sales, engagement, and feedback across all platforms.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize our strategies.

Collaborations:

Identify and reach out to potential influencers for collaboration.

Skills and Qualifications:
Prior experience in a virtual assistant role focused on e-commerce, digital marketing, or content creation.
Proficiency in using Amazon KDP, Canva, Midjourney Ai, and other relevant platforms.
Familiarity with social media management and promotional campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Data-driven mindset, comfortable with monitoring and interpreting metrics.
