Project Manager

Kolsinger is a rapidly growing lead generation company that specializes in high-ticket services, such as concrete work, tree removal, and more. We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented, organized Project Manager to coordinate and oversee our various web development and marketing initiatives. Job Description
As our Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the web development, SEO, and marketing projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work directly with internal teams and potential clients to gather requirements, set deadlines, and allocate resources.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Work closely with the SEO and Marketing teams to align project goals with lead generation objectives.
Deliver high-quality results within aggressive timelines.

Qualifications
At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the web development or digital marketing industry.
Strong understanding of web development technologies and SEO practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, PMP certification is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Prior remote work experience is a plus.
