Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced project manager to build systems which leverage AI and automation tools to ensure our agency is positioned to onboard and manage the fulfillment of clients work.

You will often meet with the founder to document his strategies and turn them into SOP’s or templates. As well you should be comfortable with managing some projects completely independently from the founder and send weekly reports.

Responsibilities:

– Interpret copywriting briefs and ai scripts to understand project requirements
– Use scripts for copywriting to create engaging content for social media, blog posts, and emails.
– Optimize copy using SEO best practices and guidelines
– Implement in-house guidelines and SOPs to ensure branding and voice consistency
– Write engaging comments on others content
– Send daily updates on projects and tasks

Compensation

We believe in being a results-driven organization that allows freelancers to have freedom of time and location. It should be noted that this position has the ability to become full-time based on performance.

This is a part-time freelance position where you will work 80 hours per month and get paid on a bi-weekly basis. Compensation is negotiable based on experience. You will track your hours and submit your invoice via email. Payment will be made within 3 business days after submission.

Requirements:

– Available between 9AM – 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) to speak via video chat with the founder on weekdays
– Own a laptop with a reliable internet connection
– Previous work experience as a project manager or a solid online portfolio
– Excellent speaking and writing skills in English required
– Previous experience using Notion, Zapier, Asana, and other AI, and automation tools
– Ability to create standard operating procedures (SOPs)
– Creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box
– Strong project-management and time-management skills
– Team player with a positive, “continuous improvement” attitude
– Able to meet deadlines without compromising work quality
– Has backup plans for loss power and internet
