Project Manager

Job Summary:
As the Part-Time Project Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing the successful execution of our mobile app project. You will work closely with the Mobile App Design/Developer and the Client, ensuring that the project stays on track, meets deadlines, and exceeds expectations. This position requires prior experience in project managing mobile app projects to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Mobile App Design/Developer and the Client to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with the project team, ensuring all members are aware of their tasks and responsibilities.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively take corrective actions to keep the project on track.
Conduct regular status meetings with the project team and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Manage project documentation, including project charters, requirements documents, and change requests.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the project team and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing their inquiries, managing expectations, and providing regular project updates.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in mobile app development to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the project.

Requirements:

Prior experience in project managing mobile app projects is essential.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with the project team, clients, and stakeholders.
Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Flexibility to work part-time initially with the potential for full-time based on workload and client demand.
