Project manager

Hi you!

We are looking for a Project manager/Artwork manager, we are a e-commerce company based in the Netherlands and we do business with China. After we place an order we need to edit the artworks, like machine labels, box files, manuals and sometimes other labels as well. Down below we describe what’s needed to be done in every artwork. After the goods are almost arriving to our warehouse you will also make the listing images together with the editor.

You won’t need to be amazing at editing, you just need to be creative and have a good feel of what’s nice and what not. Because you will be working together with editors instead of editing yourself. It’s very important that your English level is high because you will be writing product manuals.

Artworks
– Rating label, sewing labels
You get the file from the factory and need to add our logo, use our font for the text and make the layout more clean

– Box file – together with editor
You will receive a lot of examples of earlier boxes, the style needs to be simular, same goes for the colors but the editor will help you with this

– Manual – deepl
This is probably the most time consuming and difficult job, it’s hard because you need to filter the good information out of big manuals and choose which visuals are worth it to add into the manual. You write the manual in perfect English and double check it with a spelling check. Afterwards you will translate it into Dutch and German

– Listing – together with editor
This one is quite easy, you just take a good look add other listings of our brands and give the editor quite a bit of freedom. Just make sure that the text contains no typo’s and that everything looks very good

We will be starting this job on a project base, eventually looking to scale to part-time.
