Job Description

As a PMP-certified Project Manager at our agency, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our social media marketing campaigns deliver exceptional results for clients. You’ll leverage your project management expertise to lead teams of virtual assistants (VAs), overseeing the execution of content creation, strategy implementation, and data-driven optimization. Your ability to balance client communication, team management, and project timelines will be key to driving success.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:
Develop and manage project plans for social media campaigns, encompassing content calendars, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Oversee the work of virtual assistants (VAs), providing clear direction, feedback, and support to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Ensure alignment between campaign objectives, client expectations, and team execution.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.

Team Management:
Assign tasks and responsibilities to VAs, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and deadlines.
Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Identify and address any skill gaps or training needs within the team.
Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Identify and implement tools and technologies to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration.

Qualifications:

PMP Certification: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
Experience:
Proven track record of successfully managing social media marketing campaigns or similar projects.
Experience working with virtual teams and remote collaboration tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics.
Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with SEO principles and sales funnel optimization
Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns
Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools
