Specifically, we work with owners of Digital Marketing Agencies that are struggling to get out of their day to day work.
We help them by systematizing their agency through our 90-Day Service, the ARF Accelerator, where we help them build processes, automations, and hire team members.
As the main point of contact between our clients and our team, you’re responsible for ensuring clients hit all their milestones from start to finish in the program.
Here are your future responsibilities:
– Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and quickly build relationships
– Perform onboarding calls with new clients to get them acquainted with our process and gather information to be used by our fulfillment team
– Responsible for auditing businesses and designing the most optimal system that will achieve the client’s goals in the program
– Present designs to the clients and update designs with feedback
– Perform check-in calls every week with existing clients to ensure they are using our systems correctly and communicate any strategy changes to the team
– Respond to all client questions in a timely and concise manner (within a business day)
– Learn and understand our tech stack (systems and tools) so you can teach our clients how to use them effectively.
– Knowledgeable enough in tech and systems to approve/deny requests from clients.
– Problem solve and manage crisis situations. Be able to keep the temperature low with irate clients and find a win-win situation for problems
– Act as a liaison between our internal delivery team and clients to ensure exceptional client service as it relates to industry insights, campaign analysis, best practices, and strategic recommendations
– Assist internal teams with coordination and prioritization of projects and tasks through internal tools and systems.
Perform hiring tasks for the internal team and clients, as the need arises.
Whom are we looking for?
– You have to be willing to undergo training on ALL the roles within the client success team so you have a good understanding of how it runs.
– You have previous experience in an Operations, Account or Project Management role
– You have a baseline understanding of softwares like Google Sheets, Make (formerly Integromat), Zapier, Project Management apps (Asana, ClickUp, etc), and the willingness to learn new applications.
– You’ve hired people in the past
– You are comfortable speaking and listening to people from all over the world.
– You are not afraid to lead people as long as it is what’s best for them.
This is a 100% remote and full time role. You are expected to manage at least 10-15 clients at a time.
While you can do this wherever you are, we do require that the successful hire is able to work on the EST timezone to attend our client meetings.
Your compensation will be base salary + bonuses based on milestones hit.
