About the role

We are looking for someone to join our International Team as a Project Manager for our client projects. You will setup, track and drive activities with all stakeholders from internal, clients and partners. No two projects are the same so you will be proficient at finding, gathering and presenting information from prior projects and tenders to present a professional response with a level of autonomy, intellect and problem-solving ability. You will also get the opportunity to be involved in the delivery of projects to drive and work on project activities with the consulting team and gain greater knowledge of the activities and develop your own skills and experience. This role has significant growth opportunity for the right person.
This is a full-time, 40 hours a week role based in the Philippines and can be performed from a home office. Reliable internet connection, strong English proficiency (written and verbal), and experience in stakeholder liaison and project management/coordination are vital for performing this role.

To be successful in this role, you need to be:
• Experienced in driving and managing the end-to-end projects with hard deadliness ensuring timely and successful submissions.
• Fluent in English as you will be the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and coordinating the work with our internal team. You should be able to effectively communicate requirements, timelines, etc.
• Experience managing bids and tenders is highly preferential.
• Organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You need to ensure that activities are tracking to plan and schedules, and bids are submitted on time without compromising quality.
• Experience in driving project, where you can bring valuable experience and add input to estimates to proposal development would be highly regarded although not essential.
• Able to roll their sleeves up and do the leg work in key project activities.

Other Requirements:

• A modern computer with minimum specs: i5 processor or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 250GB HD
• DSL or Cable internet as your main internet connection (stable) with internet speed of at least 50Mbps
• A backup 4G/LTE/5G internet connection (could be a Wi-Fi dongle or pocket Wi-Fi)
• Conducive work environment and home office setup
• Chrome browser, Adobe Acrobat reader
• Genuine Windows OS installation – some internal software we use do not work with MacOS
• UPS/backup generator (preferred)
