Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage branding projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
Develop full-scale project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Identify, assess, and minimize project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular reports on project status to company leadership and clients.
