We are actively seeking a Project Manager familiar with the digital marketing industry to help manage our clients’ projects from start to finish. The chosen candidate will be expected to manage the relationship until their sales funnel is launched or in the case that they request monthly support.

After a year in this position, you will be able to be a successful project manager at any agency in the world.

The primary responsibility with clients will be to manage their projects from the onboarding stage to the delivery stage. They will oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize the progress of the project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.

Once the client is onboarded, the chosen candidate will delegate, manage, and review project tasks during and until project completion.

Compensation:

$500 – $700 USD per month based on experience

Hours Required:

30-40 hours per week full time M-F 9-5 EST

Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding
High-level project tracking (Teamwork deadlines/tasks, PM Master sheet)
Create Weekly updates
Phone and email support and Zoom meetings
Provide support to CEO and the director of marketing
Project Management
Management of employee tasks in Teamwork
Delegation of weekly tasks to employees or freelancers (delegating of weekly design, copywriting, and implementation)
Edit and review employee and freelancer completion of tasks (copywriting, design, technical implementation)
Management and tracking of freelancer projects
Manage junior employees
Ensure project is cohesive and consistent with brand message and client goals
Continue to work with the team to grow the business and improve our internal processes
Create and manage the implementation of new S.O.P’s and processes (Client Onboarding, Employee Onboarding)
Authority building tasks – manage website resources and email newsletters, outsource creative materials (photography, newsletter design, graphic creation, content creation), edit and review all content
Provide support to key team members in any new company projects or packages
Onboard and assist in the training of new employees

Qualifications:

Efficient project management skills
Proficient in using the Google Apps suite or Microsoft Office Suite
Familiar with Digital Marketing and Media Buying (Facebook ad or Google Ad experience a plus)
Excellent at task management and delegation and adhering to timelines
Must be able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure
Great written and interpersonal skills and can effectively communicate a must
Able to manage several projects at once
Comfortable working with a team and a variety of clientele
Editing, proofreading, grammar skills
B.A. or college degree in marketing/advertising/English, or relevant experience a plus
