Compensation: $600 – $800 per month (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities and Areas of Need:
– Assigning tasks to team members and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
– Monitoring individual productivity and quality of output, ensuring that team quotas are met without compromising excellence.
– Collaborating closely with account managers to prioritize client accounts and ensure timely delivery, particularly for urgent projects.
– Providing accurate estimations regarding project completion timelines, considering the scope and complexity of assigned tasks.
– Proactively identifying potential bottlenecks in the copy team’s output and communicating any concerns to both the team and SellCord management.
