Project Manager

Overview:
I am seeking a proactive and meticulous Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion on (during normal hours PHT). This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in developing structured timelines, managing administrative tasks with precision, and facilitating seamless communication among team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Developing Project Timelines: Define clear start and end dates for projects, establish regular milestone meetings to review progress, and proactively manage timelines to achieve project goals.
General Administrative Support: Efficiently manage emails, filter and summarize key information, and provide comprehensive briefings to facilitate decision-making.
Brief Development for Graphic Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed briefs for graphic designers, outlining project requirements, deliverables, and technical specifications.
Clear Communication: Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring clarity and alignment across all project-related communications. What is your favorite movie?
Proficiency in Click to view: Utilize Click to view proficiently to plan, organize, and track project tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
Bonus Skill – Graphic Design Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite is advantageous. Please provide a portfolio showcasing relevant design skills if applicable.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, particularly Click to view, to streamline project workflows and ensure transparency.
Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud suite (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
