Job Title: Project Manager
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (US)
Initial work schedule: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays
Rate: $4 per hour DOE

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating a wide range of responsibilities within our organization. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing email and calendar tasks, CRM and project management, standard operating procedures, lead generation, email marketing, social media management, content creation, administrative duties, and database management. Your proficiency in these areas, along with your passion for staying updated on advancements in AI, will be invaluable in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Responsibilities:
Email and Calendar Management: Efficiently manage email correspondence and calendars, ensuring that important messages are addressed promptly, and appointments are scheduled effectively.
CRM and Project Management: Oversee CRM activities and project management tasks to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and on time.
Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to enhance the efficiency and consistency of project execution.
Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies and manage the process to support project requirements.
Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns, including creating content, segmenting lists, and tracking results.
Social Media Management and Content Creation: Oversee social media accounts, create engaging content, and maintain an active online presence.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of projects.
Database Management: Maintain and update databases to support project needs.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Manager role or a similar position.
Strong interest and curiosity about advancements in AI (Artificial Intelligence) to explore AI-driven solutions for improved project efficiency.
