We are a 7 figure Dropship Business and are looking for a Project Manager. The team consists of several Customer Service Agents, Creative makers, Product listers and an Ad launcher. We have currently 5 stores running in 4 different countries. We are still expanding with more stores and in more countries.
We are looking for someone who can manage the team. The tasks consist of:
• Be the first point of contact for the workers. Also start the day in the general group app and at the end of the day thank everyone for their input etc. make it a bit more interactive as well in that channel.
• Have the weekly meetings
• Have 1 progress meeting per month with each employees
• Each week you summarise the KPIs and progress of the workers from Clickup and send us an overview of it.
• Check if every worker is on time and is logged into Hubstaff.
• Monitor productivity
• Help the customer service to make their work more efficient
• Recruitment (First interviews)
• Monitor if the goals are being met and also hold us accountable for reaching the goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
– You need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a project manager/COO/Quality Manager
– You need to be fulltime available
– You need to be organised
– You need to be assertive
– You don’t have other work
– You need to have knowledge of:
– Dropshipping
– ClickUp (or something similar)
– Shopify
– Customer Service

Starting salary is $800 in the first month. If you have passed the trial (trial = 1 month) it will increase.
