Responsibilities:

DETAILED-ORIENTED PROJECT MANAGEMENT
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget execution of projects
– Oversee task assignments and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
– Manage project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports
– Conduct quality checks to ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards
– Problem-solve any project-related challenges
– Report on project progress, timelines, and results

VERSATILE DIGITAL MARKETER
– Pull marketing reports for email, ad accounts, web traffic, and social media metrics
– Deploy specialized digital marketing tasks as needed by internal teams
– Manage social media platforms and schedule posts as needed
– Communicate important details to internal teams to ensure project success

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR
– Create clarity among internal teams by catalyzing the project to move forward
– Erase miscommunication by timely and deliberate follow-ups with all relevant stakeholders

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing setting
– Hands-on experience with project management tools like Google Sheets, Asana, Trello, or Jira
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
