Job Description:
Click to view is seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to join our team. This role will focus on collaborating with our tech team to deliver high-quality digital products that enhance our subscription service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly within the tech industry, and a passion for improving customer experiences through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple tech projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with the tech team, including developers, designers, and QA specialists, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration of new tech products into our service offerings.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in project management and technology to continuously enhance project delivery processes.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a tech-focused role within the healthcare or medical industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
• Experience in managing software development projects, particularly those related to digital health or subscription services, is a plus.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on tech projects.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification is a plus.

– Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm PST (11:00pm to 8:00am Manila)
