We are looking for a Project Manager who will take the lead in the planning, execution, and successful completion of both domestic and international projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing custom orders from start to finish – from RFQ to delivery to client.
o Ensuring correct project quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and billing have been endorsed to and secured from respective parties.
o Working with customers and sales teams to gather finish samples, item specs, materials, deposits, and approvals.
o Working with manufacturing team to create & update shop drawings and to develop finish samples.
o Ensuring final shop drawings are approved by clients before production.
o Logistics coordination
• Gathering and tracking all necessary information all throughout the project duration
o Working with customers and sales teams to gather finish samples, item specs, materials, deposits, and approvals.
o Working with manufacturing team to create & update shop drawings and to develop finish samples.
o Ensuring final shop drawings and finish samples have final approvals before production.
o Upkeeping project trackers to communicate with each involved party.
o Creating strong company records of each approval and project milestone
o Timely updates on company’s CRM records
• Communication and stakeholder engagement
o Effectively communicate with both manufacturing partners and clientele
o Provide regular project status updates and reports.
• Any other relevant tasks / responsibilities assigned by company management.
Minimum requirements:
• 2+ years experience in project management, business, manufacturing, or product development.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience reading technical drawings.
• Ability to work full time, with occasional flexed hours
• Computer-literacy: Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat (Google Sheets and CAD a plus).
• Must have strong time management, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills that can be applied in a multi-tasking environment.
