Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of working remotely while being an integral part of our client management operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a deep understanding of GoHighLevel, and a proven track record of managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
– Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing their marketing projects from start to finish.
– Utilize expertise in GoHighLevel to effectively navigate our platform (Progreda) and leverage its features to drive client success.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing strategic guidance.
– Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
– Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality work.
– Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to meet client objectives.
– Conduct regular status meetings with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, sharing insights with clients and internal teams.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
– Expertise in using GoHighLevel for project management and client communication.
– Strong track record of managing customer relationships, providing exceptional client service, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
– A presentable and professional demeanor, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate on camera.
– Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve project objectives.
– Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
– Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
– A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
