Project Manager
Position’s Goal:
The Project Manager is responsible for tracking and breaking down all client fulfillment into tasks for all team members involved – Web Development, Search Engine Optimization, Ads, and Content Development by keeping track of the fulfillment team’s performance regarding quality, while creating and maintaining a safe working environment for each agent of their team.
KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage internal team projects for customers from start to finish.
Keep the team updated on the status of projects.
Assign tasks to the team.
Supervise and review the quality of each project through proper QA/QC
Support all members making sure that everyone has what they need to carry out their functions.
Evaluate, give feedback and results to operations management.
Attend all company meetings on time.
Be a team player and be willing to sacrifice for the good of your teammates and the company.
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on solutions and not problems.
Acknowledge mistakes in the “Growth Book” and help the team to avoid those mistakes in the future. Hiding or trying to cover up mistakes is way worse than owning up to your mistakes.
Provide constructive criticism with potential solutions to challenges you see within your job and the company.

Monthly check in with all team members.
QUARTERLY:
Read a book or take a course related to leadership, marketing, project management, or personal development.
Have prepared all quarterly meetings and confirm that every team member has completed their KPI’s.
SEMESTRIAL:
Receive performance evaluations.
Conduct performance evaluations to the assigned staff.

3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager
Bachelor degree in a relevant field is preferred

Able to work from 9AM-6PM EST
