Position Overview:

As an Advertising Account Executive & Project Manager at Bloom, you will wear multiple hats, serving as the primary liaison between our clients and our creative teams while also overseeing project execution. This unique position requires a blend of account management skills and project management expertise.

Responsibilities:

Account Executive Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and understanding their advertising needs.
Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and delivering exceptional client service.
Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with clients to develop advertising and marketing strategies that align with their goals.
Creative Briefing: Translate client objectives into clear and concise creative briefs for the internal creative team.
Campaign Oversight: Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, making recommendations for optimization.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, ensuring all aspects of advertising campaigns are executed efficiently.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate with creative teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality work on time.
Timeline Management: Track project timelines and milestones, making adjustments as needed to meet client deadlines.
Budget Control: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within budgetary constraints.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the agency’s standards for quality and creativity.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in advertising account management and project management.
