Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Project Manager/Account Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing the deployment of IT solutions, ensuring that service providers meet project timelines and objectives. Additionally, the role includes account management responsibilities, requiring regular interaction with clients to assess ongoing needs and update our CRM system accordingly. This role is perfect for someone who excels at multitasking, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
– Project Management: Actively participate in all deployment calls with IT service providers, monitoring progress and ensuring solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively. Keep all stakeholders informed of project status and any potential issues.
– Account Management: Conduct monthly check-ins with all clients to understand their evolving needs, update our Salesforce CRM with critical information, and identify opportunities for renewals or new sales processes.
– Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and IT service providers, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
– Documentation: Accurately document all project details, including timelines, milestones, and client requirements, ensuring that all involved parties have access to the latest information.
– Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of service delivery, ensuring that it meets or exceeds client expectations and adheres to agreed-upon specifications.
– Client Satisfaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are fully satisfied with the solutions and services provided.
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in project management or account management, preferably in the IT sector.
– Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients and service providers effectively.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
