Project Manager / Account Manager

Reach Global Media, a leading Facebook™ Managed Partner Agency known for scaling ad campaigns profitably, is seeking a dual-role Project Manager/Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This unique position combines project management excellence with personalized client service, making it an ideal opportunity for those skilled in managing both projects and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for a small portfolio of clients, providing top-notch service, and managing all aspects of the client relationship.

Leadership: Coordinate with Account Managers and department heads (Creative Director, Performance Strategist) for larger client portfolios, leading monthly client and team meetings to ensure strategy alignment and project success.

Reporting and Communication: Gather, consolidate, and present weekly client reports from various departments. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams for strategic discussions and issue resolution.

Project Coordination: Utilize project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to track progress, assign tasks, and ensure alignment with client goals and project timelines.

Strategic Oversight: Monitor client metrics closely, working with department heads to address any concerns and escalate significant issues to senior management as necessary.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project and account management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong client relationships.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Ability to lead and coordinate teams across different departments effectively.

Experience in Facebook advertising or digital marketing is a plus.
