Job Description

Can Titans LLC, a fast-growing company in the waste management service sector, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager/Administrative Assistant to support our team and drive the successful execution of our projects.

Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence

Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes

Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively resolve issues that may impact project success

Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Assist with the preparation and management of project budgets and financial reports

Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and enhance team efficiency

Requirements:

-Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
-Proven experience in project management and administrative support roles
-Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
-Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
-Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
