Your Ecomm Strategist is a dynamic and rapidly growing creative digital agency specializing in e-commerce strategy and consulting. We work with clients across various industries to optimize their online presence and drive business growth. We are seeking a Project manager who will serve as a project manager and direct assistant to support our operations and client projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
Coordinate and manage various client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Create project plans, set milestones, and track progress using .
Collaborate with team members to allocate resources effectively and address project issues.
2. Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling email communication.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Assist in general office tasks and maintain organized digital and physical records.
3. Client Portal Management:
Manage and maintain the client portal, ensuring it is up-to-date with relevant information, resources, and project updates.
Respond to client inquiries and provide support through the portal.
4. Social Media Management:
Assist in managing the client onboarding and some maintenance of marketing stems.
5. Learning Management System (LMS):
Collaborate with the team on creating and updating online courses within the LMS.
Assist in organizing course materials, assessments, and student records.
Provide technical support to clients and students using the LMS.
6. Course Creation:
Work under direction to assist in creating and updating course materials, presentations, and educational content.
Ensure course materials are engaging, informative, and meet quality standards.
7. High Level Knowledge (Preferred):
Familiarity with High Level CRM software is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management and administrative roles.
Proficiency in using or similar project management tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems and course creation.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
